the bar has been raised

it needs to be said but its so obvious..the Rolling Stones are in new territory now.

they went there with Sway and CYHMK, in addition to Rambler..

there is a new Taylor live era now.

he has made them what they should be as a live band.

any shows that don't add that big LP sound to some other songs besides rambler will be somehow diminished, and audiences will know it.

so many possibilities, and a lot to be thankful for.

Doesn't revisionist history need more than two days?

now they have a few days before the next show to evaluate this..

sure seems likely that Dead Flowers will have MT on it, maybe even Gimme Shelter and Street Fightin Man.

as it should be..

i was wondering how much work it would take to put together a legendary band and go out on the road and do a legendary tour.

I am almost ready to issue a declaration that they have officially surged past the Beatles once and for all! Should I do it, or should we wait until the new album is released?

Just follow your instincts. It's a free world, you know? The sky's the limit!

Yes exactly...in fact, I'd like to issue a declaration that it's time for JJOL to issue a declaration, or at least a manifesto.

Yeah, let him do his thang, let's all encourage him! Who knows where this will all lead to? He brought us more Taylor, so anything is possible - even a last great masterpiece album - or even a string of masterpiece albums.
