........for the Free Concert To Turn Up The Heat/Fight Global Warming?

It was a nice concert. And FREE!! I was lucky to get in at the last moment. The large, orange poster is framed and it resides in our hallway (up North!!)

Anyone else there? What did you think of it?

(I'm thinking of the Stones now because they are rehearsing in LA!!)

I was there (won the ticket lottery)...great show, lots of fun. Don't like Staples as a venue, but had lower level seats, so it was all good.

Best moment was when the sound went out briefly during "Wild Horses" and you couldn't hear the band, but the audience picked up the chorus...a memorable moment for sure.

Only came across a recording of this concert once, at the Pasadena Record Swap Meet the month after...it was on two CDRs as the vendor had attended & recorded the show...for some reason I didn't buy it (and he usually had good recordings), and sure enough the guy never showed up again after that.

I was there...right up against the B-stage railing.
And seeing/hearing Midnight Rambler played on the B-stage is perhaps one of the single greatest moments of any concert I've ever attended.

I loved the show but I must say that I'm not fond of the Staples Center. Cannot explain why........
