I think it came after his dresses. See Phillip Norman's new book, Mick Jagger. Maybe the tell all book is why Mick just dumped it at an acution. Paid $20,000 but it only brought $32,000. That's a poor return for something like that over 35+ years. Consider that Marilyn Monroe's white "subway" dress sold for more than $5.6 million in 2011.

I'm guessing this footage was shot by the local NBC affilate in Chicago WMAQ and parts of it were used for their news report. I wish there was a way to enhance the video.
