Yep As Nicos wrote, I've tried three times, two with my knickname box and it doesn't work, once with my real name box and I've got the confirmation from what I've been registered, but it's a mess I must admit...

I signed up too, got a message with a link where I clicked and a page appeared that I have registered for getting RS news (another spam I will have to get a rid of). Is that the "confirmation"? It didn't say anythng about the book.
I think it is just another way of collecting personal data and e-mail addresses and nothing more really. (Why did I have to fill in the date of birth?)
How I would love to have a signed copy of Life, but I don't think this is really the way to get it.
