I just see this link, so I decided to write my first post !
On a French web news site called rue89

the document comes from the French TV archives INA

it begins with Memo from Turner (from Performance I think ??) with french subtiles (San Antonio becomes Saint Antoine ...)
and then ...
more than half an hour of the Marquee concert with great sound and image quality
sorry it has been posted before, it is the first I saw it with such good quality !

I do not know how long it is will be available
