Stones Brain teaser

While we're debating if and when the Stones will tour again, I have two questions:

1) If you paid $300 for a Stones ticket and then lost the ticket before the show, would you pay another $300 for another ticket?

2) If you had $300 cash that you were going to spend on a Stones ticket, and then someone stole the $300 from your wallet, would you still plan to buy a Stones ticket?

1) No
2) No
If I had a lot of money of course, but I don't.

i wouldn't have bought the $300 ticket in the first place - i'll wait on the $30 dvd set (like i did the past couple tours).

1) Yes
2) Yes

Come'on this is defintely the last time the lads will go out and play!
Everybody on this board keeps on nagging about their condition, age, hands, knees and god knows what else. But when the news is out, I bet 90% of the board members will go.

So I would do it. I don't give a s h i t what other people think about it..

Stones 4 ever, no doubt about it.

Sincerely,
UW

a jet plane is traveling from the United States to Canada... has engine problems and crashes exactly right on the border, where would the survivors be buried?

The survivors would be high-tailing it to the nearest boozer!

Not really ... you're paying to see Bernard Fowler & Lisa Fischer sing, Chuck Levelle on keyboards, and the horns section do their thing. If it were just the Stones, I'd consider paying $500 - but not for this big band crap that they now resort to.

Never lost a ticket in 40 years of concerts and would never be dumb enough to carry $300 cash around. Things must be really SLOOOOOOOOOOOOW to get posts this far off the beaten path. Not to mention I've never spent $300 (or $298.50) on a Stones ticket!
