I remember that Barcelona show was pretty good, but I don't have much comparison so can't really tell if it's the best.

All the July UK shows were of a high standard. Wembley 6/7/90 was the best stadium show I ever saw. The 6 and 7 were recorded for FM broadcast and are widley circulated.

Basel was the wildest concert on this tour for me.
After thunder and lightning and heavy rain which nearly blew the stage away they came out rocking and it still drizzled. When Keith at his songs the rain stopped.I never experienced such a crazy and wild crowd in Switzerland. Wonderful night. We stood 4 hours on the Motorway as the summer holidays began as well. but it was worth it.

For me has to be Tokyo 26/2/90

It has, in my opinion, one of the best versions of Gimme Shelter, which I think is better than even the 72 and 73 versions with Mick Taylor, and that is saying something.
Of course not everyone will agree with that, but that's what I think.

Wembley 7/7/90 is also very good, the power of Keith's guitar on Start Me Up in particular is incredible.

The absolute best of the nine concerts that I have seen the Stones, and the single best rock and roll show I have ever attended.

Like other posters I'd go with Tokyo '90, and London 7/7/'90.

One of the best tours my 3nd favorite behind 78 and 69, 4th no security, 5th is a tie between 76 and licks.
