Whenever I've made changes to the tracks on my mp3 player, the first track, always, when I switch it on again is the "Randy Whore" outtake from Voodoo Residue (it used to be Hate It When You Leave, live in Cologne). So I know those two pretty well, and so far I haven't got tired of either of them.

The one that I can listen to FOREVER, deliberately, is It's All Over Now (whatever version it is that's on 12 x 5).

At least one version of Brown Sugar, usually Philadelphia 21/7/72 1st show.

Also Gimme Shelter from Tokyo 26/2/90 and Wembley 7/7/90, the best ever versions of it in my opinion.

I'm a bad stones fan, insofar as I'd have to say, none.

If I were pressed, I would probably pick something off exile...ie I never tire of Rocks Off or ADTL

with the amount of amazing music out there just begging for even a single listen, how can anyone listen to any one song on a daily basis? that's almost criminal. in fact, if i were king, it would be a capital offense. first the ears come off as a reminder of the offense involved and then the rest of the head. lesson hopefully learned for the rest of my kingdom.

And that's just *listening to..*. Imagine PLAYING the same song(S!) every 2nd day for 9 months then...! Should be a law against that.

no wonder they need a long break between tours, eh? it's either that or risk the horror of having one of the band members blow his brains out in mid-song during one of the warhorses. hey - we should take a poll of which warhorse would be most likely to cause such an incident. i'm think it could come during satisfaction..." i can't get NO!!!" and then a blast is heard on stage...

well at least he tried and he tried and tried.....

I've already possibly gone a complete year without listening to a Stones song.

I don't listen to any one song every day, but if I had to choose one, it'd be Monkey Man.

However I think I played 'Paint It Black' everyday for at least a year after I first learned it on guitar. I'm sure I drove all my neighbors crazy with it.

The same Stones song everyday? Errrm, none. I keep it varied...

Greetings from the Jersey Shore.

Not every day, but I like to play Let It Loose very often. Mostly, though, I like listening to Exile in it's entirety. Live versions of Midnight Rambler crop up often too.

I can't say any, I go through fazes where I dip into different eras, then I take a bit of a break from them, there's so much more to music, even though they're still my favourite band (as frustrating as that can be sometimes).

But when I listen to the Stones...

A select few from A Bigger Bang, Bridges and Undercover and then almost all the way through Tattoo You (minus Start Me Up), Goats Head Soup (minus Angie) and lately, of course, Exile and some of the extra tracks, especially still Plundered and I'm Not Signifying.

I can't imagine listening to the same Stones song every single day, for years and years-I have to mix them around a bit. But if I had to pick just one Stones song to listen to every single day it would definitely be "The Last Time".

I play lots of music by lots of people every day. The whole point of having a lot of music around is to avoid that sort of repetition. If I ever get in such a rut that I'm playing one song by one band every day for a long time, take me out behind the barn and put me out of my misery.
