Interestingly, Warner recently announced that they are releasing Elvis's 1972 tour documentary and Golden Globe winning 'Elvis On Tour' on Blu-ray - hallelujah, at last. Of note is that the filming methods for this film were quite similar to Ladies and Gentlemen, using smaller 16mm cameras. Obviously Warner dont see the 16mm negatives standing in the way of a release on the High Definition disc format, let alone a DVD.
