Second goal for Holland in a possible offside!!! 20 minutes now for Urugauy to score and equilibrate the match.
Now Robben third goal to Holland, nice head shot. Holland 99% in the final.
It will be the first time that an european team will win outside Europe. All championship in north and south america, Korea - Japan and now South Adrica, winners were southamerican teams

And commiserations to our Uruguayan friends too. You gave it your best shot. You made the last four which is more than many good teams did. Well done.

Final 3-2. Nervous for Holland until the last second. Abreu got the goal in the last second. It's a pitty for Uruguay.
Probably with the couple Luis Suarez - Forlan, Uruguay would play different and better.
The thing is that from my point of view Uruguay midfield is very poor. Anyway a very good result for Uruguay playing for the 3rd and 4th place.
Holland is already in the sunday final in Soccer City of Johannesburg. It will be the third final for Holland.

The Dutch played very well, but Uruguay deserves a lot of respect for their will to fight until the end. Hopefully Germany will win tomorrow!

Holland has not lost a game in this World Cup WOW!!! pretty freekin mpressive!!! and fun.

No team has ever gone through the qualifying stages and the finals and won every game. Holland have now won 14 out of 14, with one to go.

This also means that the World Cup will be won by a European team. The first time a European side has ever won it outside their own continent. Brazil (in Sweden in 1958 and Japan in 2002) are the only country to have done that previously. And the only back to back European wins since Italy's two in a row in 1934 and 1938.

Thank you for the history .... this Historical ..eh? and FUN!!

imuho, If there is any debate about quality of play
the 3rd goal, that AWESOME head shot, decides it...add
in the 1st perfect skill shot...and Holland earned it.
Big Props to Uruguay.

the less the ref is on camera, the better the game?

Uruguay dignified your victory. Good luck for the final!

No use crying for the off-side of the second goal, is football!

Lets hope for a well played and fairly refed match tomorrow,
it should be intense. Two great teams, both are pissed and both
want that final match ... but ... there can be only one.
