Yep. Could easily have been corrected. Hence it's 1974 vocals.

Good that it wasn't corrected. I think that makes a charming loose feel to it. And altogether I think the chorus is such a treasure to listen Mick and Keith singing together and matching so well - both hahing a distinguished, natural voice of their own.
