The BBC version is the Single Mix, but shorter and with little different drums during the guitar intro break in the middle of the song

What's with all the music videos without the actual Stones? The record company doesnt want us to know they look old? Well they're in their late seventies, I want to see their wrinkly old faces, not some hot shot young actors

The music video to 'Ghost Town' contained plenty of shots of the boys recording the song in the studio.

From memory those studio shots/footage
were listed as being from last September ....

I think that the Single Mix and the BBC Mix are different : the BBC mix is shorter.
The second main guitar starts at around 00:10 on both mixes, the final "Scarlet, you excite me" is around the 03:00 on the Single Mix and around the 02:40 mark on the BBC Mix. Plus the second main guitar is higher in the BBC Mix.
The BBC Mix can be heard on the Zoe Ball Breakfast Show podcast through the BBC app.

Basically, The Rolling Stones 2020 is Sir Michael. The others are in quarantine. Commander is doing all the work with the reissues. From promotion to the videos.
When it comes to work load off stage I would say Commander has done 90 percent of the work since decades.
