i know this is a stones forum but had to confess something

i've said in the past that the who and led zeppelin greatly were overrated and have bashed them in quite a few threads but have found new interest in theses bands especialy the who. pete townsend will never be one of my favorite people but the man can write some great songs and play a dayum good guitar. listening to keith moon on drums is like listening to jim morrison in concert you never heard before, you never know what he'll do next. john entwistle is an amazing bass guitarist a man decades ahead of his time and last roger daltrey a great singer? no but a powerful one and you belive he means what he's singing his scream in the middle of wont get fooled again is truly genius. led zeppelin on the other hand is a great band but i don't consider them nearly as great as other english bands like the stones, the beatles, the kinks, and the who. i got tired of the albums led zeppelin 2 and 4 (zoso or whatever it's called) decades ago the only albums by them i can listen to without skipping tracks are houses of the holy and physical graffiti people talk about plant and page but john bonham and john paul jones are in my opinion who made that band legends ... great bands but the stones have and always will be the best band ever

OK,I am joking a bit and I tease you but nothing is wrong by having a different opinion.
I do like Led Zep but I must confess that there are numbers /tracks that I also skip ....I know a lot of people consider that Led Zep's sound missed some kind of creativity .
As you said,the Stones are and always be the best band ever !
