Cook Cook Blues - where is it?

I hate when this happens: I just realized that at this time I can not find an official version of CCB among my stuff. Can anyone tell me what albums this song can be found on? I don't think I have my "Collectible" disc from "Flashpoint" anymore.

Thanks for the replies; now I know for sure that I do not have any "Rock & Hard Place" versions more than absolutely necessary, LOL, so I don't have the single.
Isn't it on a boot somewhere? I can not believe this; I know to most folks this is a trivial matter, but for me to not have an official cut is a grievous matter.
