Last great song?

What do you think was the last Stones song that truly qualifies as a great song? Not a good old stereotypical Stones romp like Rough Justice, but something that's actually geniunely really, really good.

I'll go with Thru & Thru. The atmosphere is amazing.

Rough Justice is great, but the last really great is Out Of Control.

Out of control for sure. The Don Was Live Mix in particular. AAB is great, but there is not a truly standout track. It keeps a high standard instead.

By 'great', I mean a 5-star gem.

Post-Exile:

GHS - Winter
IORR - IORR, Fingerprint File, Time Waits For No One
Black & Blue - Memory Motel
Some Girls - Miss You, Just My Imagination, Before They Make Me Run, Beast Of Burden, Shattered, Everything is Turning To Gold (b side)
Emotional Rescue - Where The Boys Go, If I Was a Dancer (from Suckin in the 70s)
Tattoo You - Slave, Worried About You, Tops, Waiting On A Friend
Undercover - none. Title track comes close as does Feel on Baby.
Dirty Work - none. Sleep Tonight comes closest.
Steel Wheels - Continental Drift, Almost hear You Sigh. Slipping Away is close.
Voodoo Lounge - None. Thru & thru maybe. Out of Tears is a near classic.
Bridges - Out of Control, Thief In The Night, Saint of Me, How Can I Stop
ABB - Laugh I Nearly Died (just about).

Alright Gazza, I'll do it like you did:

Post-Exile:

Goats Head Soup - 100 Years Ago
It's Only Rock'N'Roll - If You Can't Rock Me
Black & Blue - Crazy Mama
Some Girls - When The Whip Comes Down
Emotional Rescue - She's So Cold

Tattoo You - Not sure about this one since none of it is actually from 1981 but having to pick one I'll say...dammit - which one?... Worried About You.

Undercover - Tie You Up
Dirty Work - Cook Cook Blues (ha ha)
Steel Wheels - Almost hear You Sigh
Voodoo Lounge - Out Of Tears
Bridges To Babylon- Thief In The Night
A Bigger Bang - Laugh I Nearly Died

well, it was at least all recorded post-Exile, most of the songs were finished 1980-81 and two WERE recorded specifically for the album (Neighbours and Heaven)

Love is strong.
For me it's the last one that had a real impact on me. I love the chord progression, Keith's guitar tone is pretty nice. I love the lyrics too; it's poetic, mysterious, sexy. The video was really cool. The Stones played it very well in Baltimore(2006).
Rock and Roll,
Mops
