just found this on the website of the german magazine DER SPIEGEL:

(translation):

"The texan tycoon David Bonderman had the Rolling Stones playing at his 60th birthday. He paid 3.250.000 EUR (about2.272.000GBP)."

when did this happen?

right, thanks a lot. I knew this was a private show but not that it was actually a birthday party. thought it was more like the barcelona 07 gig.
