When will sale for Kiev start?

Has anyone got infos on the sales for Kiev and St. Petersburg? When will they start, and will both shows really happen - I know they are confirmed, and I'm not speaking of a schedule due to illness or something like that;
It's difficult to book flights and Visa with no relieable information.
Also, are there any problems if you want to go from Kiev to St.P. (thinking of the political situations, e.g.); does one need a Visa from Kiev to St.P.?
Maybe some of our russian friends can help me/us with those questions.

It's the tour 2007, and I like it - see you at every show!!

Yeah would be very interesting!
