When this was first touted Ronnie WAS the Stone involved I seem to recall from things I read, but since then it would appear as if maybe he's changed his mind/no longer is ?

i think i vaguely recall a guess or two that it would be Bill before the Ronnie Rumour took over.

Ronnie's name was originally touted and it was also listed on the fantasy camp website at the time.
