I'm not sure whether Keith played it on the studio version of 'Let Me Go' on 'Emotional Rescue' or Ronnie, but if it is so it would be a candidate ...

That's classic Keith, both in style and sound. Great stuff!

Under My Thumb, Time Is On My Side and Just My Imagination from Still Life are outstanding.

<Just My Imagination>

Is Keith doing anything special in there? I gotta check this one out again. Thought Ronnie did most of the soloing, with an occasional noodle from Keith smiling smiley

Apart from the Sympathy solo (studio version), which seems to benefit from a quite unique setting (setup, mood, inspiration etc), I'd pick one of his Chuck-Berry-style solos: Bitch - just heard the version from Leeds, but there are surely better ones to choose from (Charlotte '72 probably).

I love the solos in Little Queenie and Whole lotta Shakin´...with Jerry Lee in 1983! Totally amazing...so RAW and focused and cool...That´s when I knew I wanted to be a musician...and a guitarplayer!

I think Keith came up with some brilliant solo's. The second solo on Slipping Away from the Twickenham DVD is absolutely stunning. The whole performance actually. I love the solo on Heart of Stone as well. Sympathy solo will always be up with the best solo's ever in my opinion.

Carol from Ya-Yas

Why does Taylor, in a Guitar Player interview from when his first
solo album came out, claim Carol as his solo and Little Queenie as Keith's?

Maybe he was on dope?

Keith plays a solo underneath Earnie Watts sax solo. But the main solo is Woody

I have doubts that is Keith or Ronnie - I always figured it was Waddy actually. Doesn't he play on nearly every song on Bridges?

Speaking of Bridges, I LOVE his solo on Flip the Switch. It's just this short but intense little burst of Chuck Berry bends/and riffs.

I saw reviews say Too Tight is utterly pedestrian at best. The solo in Too Tight is the equivalent to putting together a model airplane - just borrrrrrring.
