What are the best places in SF Bay Area for Stones boots - both audio and DVD/VHS

I know Rasputin's in Berkeley will have a little stuff, but what else these days -across the Bay Area?

What about memorabilia or other Stones related stuff? Does Bill Graham's still have a store?

I am going to be there Wed eve thru Fri or so.

Hey Tim. Not sure about the best place to get boots, but as the leading member of the bay area Plexiglass Society, welcome to our humble little abode.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, Sweetcharmedlife, I absolutely LOVED your response! Perhaps we should organize a special meeting of the Bay Area Plexiglass Society (BAPS) while the the High Priest is in town. I mean, how often does that happen (actually, more often than you think, more on this later).

I have been to Amoeba's in LA but will track down the one in The City. Does Berkeley have one, it seems I have heard so.

AND HEY EVERYONE, what about places for Stones paraphanalia (shirts, cups, stickers, whatever) and memorabilia (maybe a bit of historic stuff)?

Again, is there still a Bill Graham's store as there used to be down near Columbus and the wharf? used to sell stuff like original posters of the Tumbling Dice Winterland '72 shows, etc.

Yours in the Plexiglass,

this doennt answer your qustion but, theres a bar called "the bitter end" on Clement St. that has a lots of cool stones pictures. I guess the owner is a huge fan. Therss some cool pictures from the 82 tour from europe and some stuff from the 70s as well. theres also a framed autograhed photo of Rod Stewart. Theres tons of stones on the juke box and theres pooltables upstairs. I don't think I've ever vomited there.

Yes, we can meet up, so long as the discussion is focused around The Plexiglass.

There might be a chance we could get together in the next few days. I fly in Wed at 8 and will be in the Bay til Sat morn. Maybe, besides having an in-depth discussion and consciousness raising session about the Plexiglass, we can go hunt for Stones boots. You probably don't have the time or fear the Plexiglass or its High Priest. You may not be ready for this yet.

Anyway, send me a reply via my e mail which you can find attached to my info on IORR.

Hey Tim. did not see an E-Mail adress attached to your profile. Try mine. This weekend may not be good, holiday and all. But if you get back down this way again,E-Mail me. Not a big boot collector, but maybe you can hip me to some bay area places,if you find out.

Best places in San Francisco are the same places as everywhere else: on the internet, most notably UrbanSteel's flac files from this site and the Rocks Off bittorrent tracker.

I have been told that is not necessarily true for DVDs as the quality of a pressed (and maybe DVDR) is superior to anything you can download.
