Rolling Stones reissue 'Wild Horses' following Susan Boyle performance.
Band re-packaging song after 'The X Factor' rendition

The Rolling Stones are set to reissue their hit 'Wild Horses' following Susan Boyle's rendition of the song on 'The X Factor' last night (November 22).

A digital package featuring the original song plus a 'stripped-down' version taken from the band's 1995 live album 'Stripped' has been released on major download sites. A video of the band performing the song at Knebworth in 1976 is also included.

Boyle's version of 'Wild Horses' is the opening track of her debut album, 'I Dreamed A Dream', which is released today.

...Has been posted already, today.

Again: what is 'a digital package'?? A download?? a USB-stick?? Or (hopefully!) just an ordinary CD!?...
Been cruisin' the Net ever since this morning, searchin' for info about this, but no luck. (Not even on IORR! Nobody seems to know; or else, bothers to reply?!...)

...officialy released live footage from Knebworth 1976, even though it's just the one song, does fascinate ME...
But hey: if I'm the only one, then I can live with that.

At least there are three of us: the picture of the Knebworth-video from iTunes is SO MUCH CLEARER than ever seen before!!!

I agree with skipstone. Why do we get wood everytime they release something that has been out before and/or available via other means. Yes, the sound maybe better, the video may be clearer but really....

what's worse is that they KNOW that 90% of us will run out and buy the 44th re-issue of Ya Ya's.

SUCKERS UNITE!
