hi guys.Can someone tell me excatly which are the fos tixs??!prato 1 and prato A is the same??i can't believe that.I have tried to send them an e-mail but they are useless.I don't think they speak english.Thanxs for help

If you want FOS tickets, go get the Meadow or Prato A tickets. They're at the field. You can't mistake them for something else, there's only Prato B (which is at the middle-back) and all the rest are reserved for seating.

I don't think there's Prato 1 on the site, they use "A" instead, my mistake. Pick the Prato A - Meadow A if you're looking for FOS!

I bought it a few minutes ago but they haven't sent me any confirmation letter yet.I'll have to pick up the ticket at the stadium.is that right?

Did you enter your e-mail correctly?
What method of delivery did you choose? If I'm not wrong, you can choose to have it delivered to your place by courier or pick it up at the staium. If you chose the second one, yes, you should be able to pick it up there but you do need some sort of confirmation.

Did you print anything out once you were done with the procedure?

I'm sure they will send you a confirmation e-mail - usually this process is automated but maybe their servers are too busy now with the tickets, hence the delay.

If you don't get a confirmation soon enough, it doesn't hurt to drop them an e-mail and ask.

Yes i was correct when i filled in the details.I chose to pick it up at the stadium.Unfortunately i couldn't print anything cos im not at home.I've sent them 3 e-mails so far but there is no any answer.I hope it's not a rip-off!

No way it's a ripoff through Ticketone! They're one of the official outlets for Stones tickets, so you shouldn't worry about that.

Probably a big load on the server and / or no-one to answer your e-mails right now.

If you don't receive an answer by tomorrow, you could try calling them, although I think they'll reply to your e-mails (make sure you're sending them at the right address).

Ticketone is a mess, as most online agencies are, but they don't rip off. Well, they do, but only on commissions. By the way I have not received anithing either.

So, relax, have a good beer, and be sure that everithing will be allrigh!

I bought FOS tickets from ticketone, got an e-mail and then got the tix. No problems. Maybe they just send emails to italians. you'll get your tickets. Greetings from a rip-off country citizien.

I bought tickets from this agency a few weeks ago and chose to pick it up at the stadium, the confirmation e-mail taked a few hours to arrive, so I think you should be patient. Sure there will be no problem
