a better photo would be Jagger alone, and the other 2 taking notes.

Age of reader is really not important in decision of reading Rollig Stone. I forget which summer issue but a great first hand account of Afghanistan ongoings was covered. Article made one feel as if you were actually in an Afghan village combat zone.

They have always presented great articles on social issues dating back to Hunter Thompson. Not a subscriber but don't mind reading RS. Of course music is well covered, however, they seem not to be R&R centric and attempt catering to all generations.

i've been getting the rs rag for the past year or so as a freebie - the best stuff is the investigative reporting, not the music stuff. had a great article a couple of months ago on the politics of the healthcare legislation...

Karen Silkwood was a good piece in RS some years back. RS is lousy for music reporting, shallow reviews, stupid lists, lots of fluff.

erbissell Hi

Just for the sake of argument read previous posts. Also I've seen Bruce in concert on numerous occasions and thought he was 5-5 at the most.

No way. Met him up close on a couple of occasions and I'd say about 5'9. And if he's wearing boots with big heels, I seriously doubt they make THAT much difference.

Bono is definitely the shortest of the three. Mick is much the same height as Bruce is.

I wonder if the three of them really did pose together or were their photos taken separately and then photoshop'd together...

Why would they feel the need to do that? They all played on the same stage on the same night at an event organised by the same guy who edits the same magazine that this photo appears in and who is friendly with all three of them. I doubt it was too difficult to get the three of them together for a couple of minutes. They're all pretty obliging.

(from an older thread..in case you missed it)

btw noticed in recent photos that Tom Cruise owns the same type of shoes.
he's a shorty too.

No need to speculate anymore. Nike shoes help Mick "grow".
Actual height of Jagger and L'wren vary from story to story.
Mick is NOT 5'10"

not likely here izzy....

photographer probably literally had a few seconds...

if they were going to photoshop them together...it would be a better
picture. This pic looks awkward (except for Bono the poser).
Mick just looks like he's having a good time isn't too concerned.

Hopefully Jagger is taking notes from Springsteen on how to make a set list!
