Con la presente La informiamo che la data dello spettacolo dei Rolling Stones, presso lo Stadio Meazza di Milano, prevista per il 22 giugno 2006 è stata annullata e verrà recuperata l’11 luglio 2006.

I biglietti acquistati per la data del 22 giugno 2006 sono validi per il nuovo spettacolo dell’11 luglio 2006.

Tutti i clienti che desiderano ottenere il rimborso dovranno seguire le procedure di seguito indicate, tassativamente entro il 10 giugno 2006.

I biglietti acquistati presso TicketOne SpA verranno rimborsati totalmente (compresi i diritti di prevendita), escludendo unicamente le commissioni aggiuntive e gli eventuali servizi di spedizione già effettuati e fatturati, come da modalità regolamentata nei termini e condizioni di acquisto del nostro sito.

Il rimborso verrà effettuato mediante riaccredito sulla carta utilizzata per l'acquisto, tale operazione richiederà una tempistica non inferiore ai 15 gg. lavorativi.

Affinché TicketOne possa procedere ad eseguire i relativi rimborsi, è necessario che tutti i clienti in possesso dei biglietti, rispediscano gli stessi tramite Raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno al seguente indirizzo, entro e non oltre il 10 giugno 2006:

Se i biglietti dovessero pervenire a TicketOne oltre tale data, non sarà più possibile ottenere alcun rimborso.

Tutti coloro che, avendo richiesto il ritiro presso il luogo dell'evento, non siano in possesso dei biglietti, dovranno unicamente inviare la richiesta di rimborso all' indirizzo ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it ed attendere le tempistiche precedentemente descritte per il completamento delle operazioni.

The Rolling Stones concert was moved to July 11. All tickets bought for the original date of 6/22 are still valid. If you would like to obtain a refund, you should complete the procedures specified below within June 10. We can refund your purchase by putting the price of the ticket on the credit card you originally used for said purchase. The process will take approx. 15 business days.

For TicketOne to dispense your refund, it is necessary that you mail back your tickets via registered post (w/ delivery confirmation) within June 10. Tickets reaching the address below later than June 10 will NOT be refunded.

Those who requested to pick up their tickets at the venue (and hence to not have them in their possession) should send their request for a refund via email.

I also received this e-mail. this is a reasonable policy to keep the tickets valid for the new date, nothing like the stupid procedure in France.....

nice big window of opportunity there - you all will be pleased to know that i won't be able to get my tickets back from friends who can't use them by that time so will be selling them on this site...
