Black Limousine : a song made-to-measure for Jagger on stage ?

I was watching some videos from Black Limousine -Seattle/Philadelphia /Tempe 1981 and I was thinking that the tempo/rythm of the song really fitted so good with Jagger's moves on stage . The song is so groovy ,it could be a nice number to do on stage -if fortunately the Stones tour again .

What do you think ?

I like the Stripped B-side version much better than any live version from 1981. But I do like that one as well. The studio recording is a bit...bland.

It's pretty similar to Hide Your Love which is also crying out for inclusion in their next set.

I know a few old school rockers that swear by a bit of Quo. good old fashioned denim clad rock music, no nonsense stuff. I've been a a few Quo gigs and many a head has been rocked. even by previous non-believers, much like the Stones can do.

Just saying. don't be a hater, life too short. enjoy what you enjoy and let others do the same.

Now. ROCK ON!

yes ,I do agree."Bland" is the right word. That's why I would love to be able to listen the Stones doing the song on stage.

I use to like Status Quo -saw them live once or twice in the late 70's .outmoded of course but they use to rock .

I donn´t know who´s right, but I think Bockris says that Stu said the same about Lies on SG.

In '69 and '72 when Jagger said "We got a blues for you" you got an extraordinary LIV. Leave it to Taylor to come up with TWO definitive renditions. In '81 when Jagger said that you got the pedestrian BL. I remember the moment at the LA Coliseum. I groaned after it was over.
