Report tomorrow! Mass Production was played the very first time and only the second night!
I hope to see him soon again. He should do the mixture of quite and heavy stuff much more. He enjoyed it very much. I think he could keep it that way. I never saw him laugh on stage that much!

The band were not The Stooges and -thank God! - not the LA musicians he used to have in the Nineties.
It was Mr MARC RIBOT (guitar player of Tom Waits Rain Dogs etc) and his band. Iggy´s voice has never been this good , he did so well, man, I still can t believe it.
It was a part of the German Ruhrtriennale "Century Of Song", which Ribot is the host of (or curator) this year.
Marc ribot will be back in Duisburg in October (((same place) with David Hidalgo (accordeonist on Dylan´s new album).

WOW! What a show, Iggy playing with Marc Ribot! SHIT! HOT! LUCKY BASTARD:-) WOuld love to hear Ribot's interpretations on several of those songs...especially Mass Production and I'm Sick of You! WHEW! That will be one to look out for on a boot.
