Yep - thats The Wick all right.

Just a bit further down the side entrance (Nightingale Lane - Adrian?) is the little cottage where Keith infamously resided in the early 70s when hiding from the drug squad

Gazza or Adrian - Any idea if the Wick is the first two building or all four in the following overhead view? And is the cottage in view (is that the roof we see by the pool)?

Ooer..this is a bit stalker-ish!

Its the first two, as far as I can recall

(I stayed across the street at a superb B&B when the Stones played Twickenham in 2006. I can see the edge of it's garden on the left of the picture. Adrian would know the area better than me, though, as he lives nearby)

The cottage would probably be one of the buildings in the bottom right. Its not quite as easy to see from the lane because of the wall, but you can see the entrance between the words 'nightingale' and 'lane'. Not sure if all of those buildings are part of it, though.

At the end of the lane, there's a really nice hotel called the Petersham.

If you zoom out a bit you can see the cottage just by that elbow-bend in Nightingale Lane (also the Petersham and Gazza's B&B ).

Thanks for the post - I'll keep my camera handy and my eye open for red scooters!
