Yeah, for sure Eric, the studio version is amazing but there are a few live scorcher versions... I really like the Ya-Ya's one but not anything very recent (since '89 probably).....

BTW -- Stray Cat Blues was bloody excellent on the '70 tour. Check out Essen '70 if you get the chance. But yeah, in the end, this Altamont version is maybe the best apart from the studio version.

I agree with that, Palace Revolution. On that Roundhouse '71 version, the horns really lifted the song, just like on Essen '70.
Amsterdamned -- Yeah, Mick's singing on Essen '70 may very well be his best ever. Absolutely soulful and powerful.
