I remember a long time ago someone made a thread similar to this and It was about how shoes were mentioned a lot on this album. In Casiono Boogie "Left shoe shuffle right shoe muffle", Sweet Virginia "got to scrape the shit right off your shoes" and the bridge to Rocks off Keith says something Shoe-Shine in the background.

Some very insightful posts here from Boston, John R and Rocky Dijon. It's rare to hear anything fresh about Exile, and Rocky's book would be a valuable resource if its ever published.

Thank you Rocky. It may be the great interpretive discovery of my life. I'm pretty sure somebody sequenced those songs like that intentionally. But,I still wonder, if they ever tried to do that again?
