Exactly, to me the story had so much potential and the Cohen's just didn't deliver. The Big Lebowski is on anothe league, way better.

I asked for the Shine A Light double disc but only got the single. It it worth getting another version of it as still haven't seen it? And if so, which one?

Got the Shine a Light DVD, a T-shirt that says 1-20-09 "The End of an Error", a Terry Garland CD (he's a local blues singer), some aftershave(typical male gift), a magazine subscription to UTNE.

All the kids were here,and some are still here and we have a house full of Christmas cookies, Christmas cakes, candies, and boxes of Christmas chocolates. I will be bring in goodies to the office for at least a month.

Yes, Rockman - the Singing Nun was a one-hit wonder with that song to which you refer. I guess her follow up single, a remake of The Monster Mash, failed to reach the charts. LOL

Yeah, Smirnoff good stuff, all gone now while watching and listening to my 3 disc SAL. Back on the whiskey this morning(well in about an hour).

Nothing Stones-related......but i did recently pick up a new
belt for my turntable..so I've had some nostalgic fun listening
to records again..including my Stones vinyl.

It's much easier to tolerate a few snap, crackles & pops from
a record...knowing that i have a clean digital cd as back-up.

My wife gave me a Fast Track Pro USB interface for recording to a PC. Coupled with Garage Band I should at last be able to record some decent demos!

I got Guitar Hero World Tour, a new mixer (hooray!), some nice handmade jewelry from my sister, a new pair of tennis shoes with the StL Cardinals logo, a new pair of red ballet flats, a new pair of black high-heeled ankle-boots (apparently I needed new shoes this year), some clothes, lots of candy... all in all, a REALLY awesome Christmas.

I also got home to comparatively warm San Antonio from central Illinois, where the high last Monday was 4. Ewwww! I remember why I stay here in SA.
