It's Only Rock'n Roll - No. 25 - February 1996

Dear Stones friends!

I am proud to say that I'm here once more, not all too late, not really on schedule, but still IORR is here, for you to enjoy. Even if the Voodoo Lounge tour is over, there are still plenty of things going on related to the Stones. We have just got Stripped, the CD/album, and we have got a great Stripped TV special.

It took all through IORR 22 up to this issue IORR 25 to cover all the set lists and statistics related to the Voodoo Lounge tour. If you need more facts or statistics, please let me know. Also, if you have any thoughts or memories, please make some notes and mail them to IORR. I need your feedback in order to make a good magazine. Also, if there are issues you don't wan't to read about, please tell. But remember, there may be others that might be interested in items you find boring... -- Bjørnulf

I need your help!

Without help from fans from all over the world I would not be able to make IORR. I need plenty of reviews, set lists, photos, magazines, newspaper clippings, local stories, goodies, absolutely everything you feel is important to know for other fans. In return I'll give you credit, and you will get a better IORR! In order to keep IORR on time and schedule, I need your help fast. Don't delay sending your reports or photos, as there are many fans and friends out there waiting for your stuff!

I keep repeating myself on this issue, but the fact is, very few of you actually did review any concerts or the Stripped album. Please let me know. Was it all trash, or did you enjoy? I'll print what you write, but I need your feedback now!!! Thanks!

The rare Voodoo Lounge songs

These songs were played in Europe only: Shine A Light, Like A Rolling Stone, Connection, Respectable (Stockholm), Fool To Cry (Copenhagen, Nijmegen 14th), plus of course songs from the club concerts...

These songs were played on the 2nd leg only, i.e. not in USA, Canada or Europe: You Can't Always Get What You Want (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina); Just My Imagination (Mexico, Brazil, Adelaide).

These songs never made it to Europe: Undercover (Argentina), Out Of Tears, Memory Motel (Argentina, Japan, 2 times only), No Expectations (Cleveland and Tokyo only).
