IORR on the Internet

Being a professional in computer business and networking, it was a matter of time before I just had to intoduce IORR to the Internet. Many ask lots of questions about Internet. I'm sorry I haven't had time to reply individually, but this will be the first and probably last time I will explain a bit. After all, Internet is technology that really doesn't involve being a Stones fan. Still, since it means so much, even to Stones fans, I'll tell you why. For more facts, pick up books and magazines on the subject.

Internet is an international computer network, like the telephone system. Just like you can pick up the phone and call people anywhere, you can use Internet and a computer to communicate with other computers, and of course people behind those computers.

By using Internet and simple computer software programs you will be able to discuss Stones topics, ask questions, get replies online within hours or minutes, download photos, do trades, buy CD's, and all the other things which normally takes up to a week by mail/letter. By logging into the Internet, reading news groups, joining the Undercover Stones mailgroup and browsing through the Web pages of IORR, the Stones site and others, you will get instant access to news. And through the IORR pages there will be direct links to all other interesting Stones pages on the World Wide Web.

The IORR home page will officially open on Monday March 4 at 08:00 GMT, and this is the address (URL):
